We seek to hire a smart, motivated, customer service, social media savvy 
receptionist with excellent grammar.  This is a Part time position with 
possible full time hours, 20- 32 per week. Located in the Buckhead community, 
awesome environment, great colleagues, and great perks.

Requirements for the position include:

- Savvy Dresser

- Confident

- Excellent phone etiquette; non-negotiable

- Excellent desk etiquette; non-negotiable

- Excellent people to people etiquette; non-negotiable

-Minimum 1 year receptionist experience in a Salon/Spa or medical setting 

-Use of POS and scheduling software experience required but will train

-Quick learner and go-getter- ability to learn new computer system

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and some Excel

-Ability to multi-task with grace

-Attention to detail is essential

-Ability to be open minded, take direction and adaptable to change is integral 

to this position

-Integrity, flexibility and confidentiality a must

-Excellent communication and follow up skills

-Ability to be solution minded, problem solve and give a high level of 


-Must be able to work as a team and work independent

-Ability to work with and be open to diverse personalities

Duties include but not limited to:

-Must be able to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service

-Assist clients with scheduling appointments via phone,email and in person

-Cash and credit card transactions

-Assist studio staff in providing a fantastic experience for guest. 

-Keep up with day to day operations including light cleaning and restocking 

supplies and product

-Open communication with studio owner, manager and staff

-Assisting studio owner and manager with various projects including inventory, 

marketing, creative writing

-Multi tasking different workloads while keeping up with day to day operations

Compensation and Benefits:

-$9.00 plus commission
