Job Description: Front Desk Sales Associate
Facesxxx is a new and exciting skincare
franchise offering facials, full service
waxing, advanced services, and proprietary
products. Our consumer values are results,
value, and convenience which we achieve
using a membership model and full retail
hours.
We are seeking highly motivated Sales
Associates for location in The Woodlands,
TX. If you are
confident in your abilities and passionate
about providing impeccable guest service,
then step up to a new and exciting concept
with Facesxxx.
Front Deak Sales Associates are the first
point of
contact with our clients. They greet our
clients on the phone and in person. Aside
from advertising, the website and word-of-
mouth, Front Desk Sales Associates act as
the critical
-Director of First Impressions? for the
Facesxxx brand.
Sales Associates are great at multi-
tasking.
They answer the phone, use the computer to
book appointments and to escort clients
through check-in and check-out, maintain
the
cleanliness of the spa, and answer
questions
about Facesxxx brand products. Sales
Associates sell the Resultsxxx Membership
Program to clients eager to enjoy the
benefits of regular skin care.
Qualifications
- Pleasant, courteous, caring, and
confident
demeanor. Friendly people person.
- Professional well groomed appearance with
a ready smile.
- Articulate and outgoing. Strong
communication skills.
-Initiative in taking care of a variety of
tasks.
- Experience and success in retail sales
and
in problem solving.
- Ability to act as keyholder.
- Texas Facial/Esthetics license a plus.
- Knowledge of skincare services and
products, or interest in this area and
commitment to learn.
-Motivated and ambitious.
- Willingness to learn, use, implement,
follow, and recommend Facesxxx procedures,
protocols, and products.
-Ability to work as a team in a fast paced
environment.
- Have the ability to work cohesively with
others in a fun and fast paced environment.
- Have the ability to communicate
effectively with clients, clinic
management,
and support staff.
- Can work flexible days and hours; we?re
open Monday through Friday until 9 p.m.,
and
on the weekends until 6 p.m.
-Successfully pass a background check.
