Roles & Responsibilities

*Provide excellent customer service 
*Take charge for every Guest's Massage Heights experience
*Use suggestive selling skills to build every sale
*Schedule new and return appointments based on Guest preference
*Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team Members
*Take pride and accountability in all aspects of your job

Qualifications

*Excellent Customer Service
*Previous membership sales experience a plus
*Basic understanding of software
*Positive, energetic attitude
*Excellent communication skills
