Description
We are a new, fun, modern, European-style Salon in Carrollton and we are 
looking for employees that are cheerful, fun-spirited, upbeat and professional.

We are in need of a 1st shift part-time Salon Co-Ordinator / Receptionist.
Hours needed: 
Tues 9am to 2pm
Wed 9am to 4:30pm
Thurs 9am to 2pm

Requirements:
2+ Years of salon reception experience required.
Ability to use Envision or similar software and MS Office xxxx / xxxx
Ability to handle multiple schedules
Able to handle a multi-line telephone system
Sales experience helpful, but not required
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

Duties:
Greet customers, maintain customer files and notify team members of customer’s 
presence.
Prepare customer records both on paper and electronically using information 
received customer.
Assist customers in our retail section with question regarding boutique items 
and hair care products.
Collect payments and tips from customers. 
Enter corrections to customer information into the computer system and ensure 
that all demographic information is accurate.
Answer telephones, screen calls and refer callers to the appropriate 
individual. Provides answers to standard inquiries.
Assist with scheduling and re-scheduling appointments as needed. 
Gather missing customer information from customers.
Assures that all record cards are pulled and schedules printed for the 
following day’s appointments, as needed
Files client record cards, correspondence, and other documentation as needed.
Maintains strict confidentiality of customer records and information.
Occasional data normalization as needed.
Help with mailers, flyers and occasional small marketing projects (assisting 
the marketing department).
Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation:  Varies with experience
Sales commission on retail
Paid Time Off
